Most will answer that it was Moses, but scholars are hardly in agreement over the issue. For academic reasons, I am convinced by the ‘late-date’ recompositonal theory of Ezra, and have taken a few literary liberties to show how these opening chapters of the Bible may have been written, with original artwork by my friend Joel Klampert.
