A few years ago I wrote a book called “Dying for a Fix.” It was meant to elucidate why Jesus had to die, and how exactly Jesus saved us through dying. Over the last decade I’ve expanded my thinking substantially and I really feel like the central truth of the crucifixion isn’t so much about Jesus dying, but about Jesus being resurrected. It’s not only about him conquering death – his resurrection inaugurates God’s plans to fully and finally heal the world.

So, I’m re-releasing Dying for a Fix. The new book is greatly expanded and revised and includes all the material I’ve written over the last decade about New Creation, resurrection, the life of the spirit, and being the Body of Christ. It’ll be released on Amazon in a few weeks. The revised title is Dying for a Fix: Crucifixion, Resurrection, and New Creation Eschatology.

I think you’ll like the new book a lot.
